Reddam House Constantia boasts a magnificent cricket oval, two rugby fields and am additional field used for athletics in the summer and hockey in winter. Our Olympic-size swimming pool is well utilized by our pupils for swimming training and galas as well as water-polo games for both Preparatory and College students. Our smaller, enclosed pool is used for teaching children to swim. Private lessons are also offered. Our five tennis courts double up as netball courts during winter terms. All sports are overseen by Sports Co-ordinators in the Preparatory School and the College.
The school offers the following sporting facilities :-
- 4 cricket pitches (plus cricket nets). In winter these are converted to two rugby fields and 3 hockey fields.
- 4 tennis / netball courts
- 25 x 30m swimming pool
- The multi purpose hall is used for indoor hockey, badminton, netball, gymnastics, martial arts and dancing.
- Golf is played at the nearby Steenberg Golf Club.
